General Shipping Information
Canada Post is our primary shipping carrier and our base shipping location is from our office/showroom. We have defined multiple rates based on the shipping address and on the order content. We offer the following shipping methods and rate by shipping destinations. We also use DHL Express for international shipping.
Custom-Made Services Delivery Times
1. 3D design: 2-3 business days.
2. 3D printing: 2 business days.
3. Standard molds production (excludes shipping):
Rubber molds: 3-5 business days
Steel molds for casting: 7-10 business days
Stainless steel molds for stamping: 10-15 business days
4. Jewellery production: 5-7 business days. (excludes shipping)
5. Stone setting: 2 business days.
6. Testing/Analysis: 2 business days.
Under normal circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order as soon as we can. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Date of delivery may vary due to Canada Post shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the products ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. We will send an order shipped confirmation once the order is processed.

Shipping methods and associated shipping rates are available during checkout based the destination address. Select your shipping method and shipping charges will be applied to the order and totals. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas, or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
All custom-made related costs and shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
For international shipping, customers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Damaged Product In Transport
If there is any damage to the product on delivery, contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Local Pick Up
If you live in the Lower Mainland, BC, once your order is complete, you can pick up your order, by appointment, at our office/showroom location.
