Declaration of the owner/creator regarding copyright and copyright infringement

  • Copyright applies to all original works of artistic craftsmanship. Only the creator of the work is allowed to produce, reproduce the work, or to permit anyone else to do so.

  • Copyright Infringement


  • Copyright infringement is unauthorized copying. It means copying a part of, or all of a copyrighted work without the owner’s permission.

    1. Purpose

      The purpose of this DECLARATION is to establish a clear understanding of the copyright and copyright infringement responsibility between the UNDERSIGNED and CUSTOM-MADE JEWELLERY in the production of a custom-made product from a hand-drawn or computer generated design that is being submitted by the UNDERSIGNED.

    2. Responsibility

      SilviaFindings will not be responsible for any copyright infringement claims against them in the manufacturing of this custom-made product.

    3. Declaration of the Undersigned Owner/Creator

      1. I am the owner/creator of the design to be used in the production of a custom-made product at Custom-Made Jewellery’ factory.
      2. To the best of my knowledge, I have not copied a part of, or all of this artistic design without the owner’s permission.
      3. I accept full responsibility for any copyright violations.
