Prices
Prices are subject to change because foreign currencies and precious metals markets fluctuate daily. This means that prices for precious metal used in custom-made jewellery fluctuate daily as well. Although our prices reflect both metal content and manufacturing labour costs, the price fluctuations apply mainly to the metal content.
Sterling Silver
Real sterling silver changes colour over time. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and the other 7.5% is an alloy. The alloy can oxidize when in contact with your skin or with the air. Therefore, the alloy component can discolour and/or tarnish, turning your sterling silver brownish (tarnished) or grey-black (oxidized). But, with a quick wipe with a silver polish soft cloth, it looks as good as when it was first manufactured.
Gold
Gold is pure 24 carat gold. Yellow gold is still today the most popular colour, but gold is available in a diverse colour palettes. White gold is created through alloying pure gold with white metals such as palladium or silver. It is usually rhodium plated to create a harder surface and to give it brighter shine. White gold has become an amazing choice for wedding bands. Rose gold is created with inclusion of copper resulting in the a soft pink look.

Dimensions and weights of handcrafted products are approximate, because they will always vary slightly in size, shape, pattern, and weight.

4. Custom-Made Mold Making Service
We gladly provide customized rubber molds and stamping service from your own design so you can create your very unique jewellery creations. 5. Custom-Made Jewellery Service
We gladly produce rings, pendants, earrings, chains, bracelets, cuffs, etc. from your own design so you can create your very unique jewellery creations. 6. Stone Setting Service

Shipping
Shipping prices are subject to change. Our primary shipping carrier is Canada Post and we use flat rate shipping. We also use the ChitChats agent carrier for international shipping. Please view our Shipping Information page that provides the specific shipping details.
Refunds & Exchanges
All custom-made jewellery and related services may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
